Please note the following steps that we have taken to protect our staff and visitors to our facility. We respectfully ask for your full co-operation with these new measures to reduce the risk to everybody.
Only attend if you are NOT in a high risk vulnerable group

Please do not attend our premises if you feel unwell with cold/flu symptoms; your family is self-isolating or if you have a high temperature, a continuous cough.

All visitors must book their lesson in advance. On arrival everyone is asked to use the hand sanitiser provided.
Social Distancing Measures
Please adhere to social distancing rules and keep a distance of at least 1 metre plus, we are requesting that parents wait outside the premises and only enter prior to getting children changed ready for their lesson. Only one parent per child is allowed in the changing room and once changed both parent and child must return up stairs to await their lesson, ( if using the down stairs pool if using the spa pool wait in the allocated seating area ) reception staff will assist with with clothing hangers and organisation. one parent will be allowed to accompany per child,Please do not bring additional children. Swimming teachers will socially distant at all times of at least one metre plus and shall wear appropriate PPE, except where there is an emergency or danger to life. Parents must stay in the local area and be immediately available in case of emergency.
Parents are responsible for their child at all times, children will be expected to socially distance to protect our staff, only children who can appropriately socially distance will be able to have lessons, we reserve the right to cancel lessons if children cannot comply.
Swimming Costumes
To comply with Government guidance, swimmers must arrive wearing their swimming costume under their clothes when ever possible.
Changing Areas and Equipment
Hard surfaces and shared equipment will be thoroughly cleaned between sessions using disinfectants. Hangers will be brought to reception and sanitised between users. Each instructor will have their own equipment and be responsible for recording and cleansing the equipment used after each shift.
Showers
Swimmers are asked not to shower at the premises unless there are exceptional circumstances. We would be grateful if you could shower at home before and after lessons. This will reduce any possible cross infection risk.
Cancellations
Please help us by letting us know if you can’t attend your booked lesson by phone or e mail, All missed lessons are charged.
Payments
We will be accepting payment for lessons by Credit/Debit Card and cash but we ask you to try use contact less transactions at this time to reduce our infection risk.
